Fees and Policies
NEW PATIENT VISIT: $299
Dr. Pronozuk typically spends 90 minutes getting to know her new patients. Treatment plans are given either at the end of the office visit or within 24 hours.
FOLLOW UP VISIT: $99-$199
Patients return for their first follow-up between 2 and 4 weeks from their initial appointment. From there, visits are spaced out as appropriate, typically between 4 and 6 weeks. Follow-up visits range between 30-60 minutes. Treatment recommendations may or may not be altered at the end of your follow up visits.
Email policy
There is a $75 fee for phone calls and emails for new problems unrelated to prior visits. If you have questions related to your most recent office visit or treatment plan, we are happy to help you via your patient portal at no charge. For other communications, such as supplement refill requests, please email info@restorationnaturalmed.com.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the difficulty in filling last minute cancellations, any appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $75 fee. No show appointments will incur the total cost of your scheduled visit.
Forms of payment
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is due in full at the time of consultation. We have never turned down a patient due to financial hardship. Please email the office if you have any additional questions.
Bill Insurance
We currently do not bill insurance. However, if you would like to submit the charges to your insurance company, please let us know and we will provide you with the appropriate forms. Please contact your insurance company to find out what they cover. However, if you have a health savings account (HAS) or a flexible spending account (FSA), you are welcome to utilize that as a form of payment.
